Delivery time will be between 7 and 14 business days.
If there are customs delays and the order is held, this time until release does not count as delivery time.

After the stipulated time, we recommend that you contact us to clarify the reason for the delay.
If the post office is not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.
If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately, after these verification steps.
The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email between 5 and 10 business days after your order is confirmed.
